What Is Extenze? Does It Work?

I’m a middle-aged guy, so I know from personal experience that as you get older your erections get softer. I also know that sex just isn’t as much fun when this happens.

That’s why I just had to write this review about Extenze. I believe this product is absolutely worth buying if you want to get that morning wood feeling back again!

Extenze is a natural male enhancement pill that increases blood flow to the penis, just like prescription erection dysfunction drugs.

Except you don’t need a prescription to buy Extenze and there are no negative side effects, unlike with prescription drugs.

Extenze has been formulated specifically to make your erections bigger and harder. And it’s all-natural, so it’s totally safe to use. You simply take it as a daily supplement.

Extenze is filled with powerful vitamins, amino acids, herbs, minerals, and nutrients that have been scientifically proven to enhance blood flow and increase testosterone levels.

Ancient peoples have used these natural ingredients for centuries to increase sexual pleasure. Now the makers of Extenze have harnessed that traditional wisdom and knowledge to modern science.

The result is an all-natural MEGA-BOOST to your entire sexual system. It’s like turning back the clock to when you were a teenager, without any kind of side effects.

How Does Extenze Work?

An erection occurs when your penis fills with blood. The size and hardness of your erection depends on how much blood flows into your penis.

Some naturally-occurring chemical compounds have been scientifically proven to dilate, or enlarge, the blood vessels and smooth their inner walls. This allows blood to flow more freely throughout the body and into the penis.

There are also natural ingredients that stimulate the body’s production of testosterone, which is the primary male sex hormone.

Men produce the most testosterone when they’re teenagers, which is why it’s so easy for young men to get hard erections.

Unfortunately, men produce less and less testosterone as they get older. This is why it becomes more difficult to achieve and sustain a hard erection as the years go by.

The formula for Extenze was created to both enhance blood flow to the penis AND to increase testosterone levels. The result is a natural way to gain bigger, harder erections.

Wait a Minute – Doesn’t Extenze Contain Yohimbe?

Yes, Extenze does contain Yohimbe Bark. A small percentage of people do experience some side effects when taking Yohimbe.

These side effects are very similar to the ones that can occur when taking a prescription erection drug like Viagra. That’s because Yohimbe is a natural form of Viagra.

Any male enhancement product that contains Yohimbe is simply going to be much more effective than a product that doesn’t contain it.

The makers of Extenze wanted to create a natural product that really worked, so they included this ingredient. Very few people should experience any problems with it.

If you do have any issues while taking Extenze, or are simply not satisfied for whatever reason, you can return the product and get a full refund within 67 days.

In order to be eligible for a full refund, you must purchase Extenze at the official website, which you can visit by clicking on the banner below.

This is also the easiest way to buy it because you simply order it discreetly online. Remember, you do not need a prescription.

Other Extenze Ingredients Include…

Pregnenolone – This is a naturally-occurring hormone that is made by our own bodies. It is essentially the “parent” hormone of our sex hormones, including testosterone.

Tribulus Terrestris — Researchers have concluded that this plant leads to increases in sex hormones, including testosterone.

Korean Ginseng – This herb is famous for providing a clear-headed energy boost when taken daily. It basically enhances blood flow throughout the body, which improves brain function and sexual function.

Velvet Deer Antler — Improves blood flow, hormone levels, and physical stamina.

Horny Goat Weed – One of the most famous natural aphrodisiacs, this herb has been used for centuries in Asia to cure low libido, sexual dysfunction, and fatigue.

Damiana – Scientific research has conclusively shown that this herb improves male sexual function by relaxing the arterial walls of the penis, allowing more blood to flow into it, resulting in larger, harder erections.

Muira Puama Extract – This well-known Brazilian plant has been proven to improve sexual function, stimulate sexual fantasies, and increase the ability to reach orgasms.

Stinging Nettle – A flowering plant that makes more testosterone available for use by the body.

Astragalus – This root pumps up your immune system and is vital for cardiovascular health.

L-Arginine Hydrochloride – An amino acid that increase oxygen delivery and blood flow.

Ho Shou Wu Extract – A Chinese herb that increases testosterone secretion and sperm function.

Boron – This mineral enhances testosterone production and is a favorite among athletes and bodybuilders.

Xanthroparmelia Scarbrosa – An ancient herb traditionally used to treat sexual dysfunction.

Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid – Stimulates the body’s production of human growth hormone, or HGH, which is one of the primary sex hormones.

Piper Longum – An alkaloid that improves circulation and increase serotonin and other natural feel-good chemicals.

Ginger Root – Triggers the release of the sex hormone testosterone.

Who Should Buy Extenze?

Extenze can be used by any man who wants to increase the size and strength of their erections. There is no recommended age for its use.

For younger men, taking Extenze can act as a confidence-builder. Many young men get anxious before sex, especially if it’s with a new partner. Anxiety destroys erections!

Taking a potent yet natural daily supplement like Extenze will give you confidence in your erections. You don’t need to worry about your performance and can simply enjoy having sex.

As we’ve seen, middle-aged men don’t have the testosterone levels and easy blood flow that young men have. That’s why sexual performance, just like athletic performance, declines as men age.

Extenze is especially helpful for these men. If you suffer from mild to moderate erectile dysfunction, Extenze can definitely help you.

The Money-Back Guarantee

Another positive thing about Extenze is that you will get your money back if you ask for a refund.

The company that manufactures this product is called Leading Edge Health and they’ve been a true pioneer in producing natural products that are safe and effective.

The Better Business Bureau even gives them an A+ rating. How many companies that sell male enhancement pills have that kind of reputation?

You have 67 days to try Extenze out, more than enough time to see if it works for you.

If you want to return it for any reason whatsoever, Leading Edge Health will honor that request. So you really have nothing to lose.

The winners in this world are curious and try things out. The losers just muddle along.

Extenze is a very popular product that has helped countless men take their sexual performance to another level. Why not try it out and see if it can help you?

Remember, if you want to be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must purchase Extenze through the official website, which you can reach by clicking on this banner.

Talking About Erectile Dysfunction

At the conclusion of a National Institute of Health consensus development conference on impotence, held last December in Bethesda, Md., a draft of the consensus statement faulted primary-care physicians for not doing enough to help the estimated 15% to 25% of men who have erectile dysfunction by the age of 65.

erectile dysfunction

Too few internists and family physicians take the initiative to openly discuss sexual function of the penis during office visits, the panel concluded, and many remain as misinformed about male enhancement products such as Extenze and as embarrassed about the topic as their patients. Many physicians do not even know that diabetes can cause impotence, the panel noted.

But impotence can usually be effectively treated with natural male enhancement products such as Extenze, the panel noted. Psychological therapy is almost always helpful, regardless of the cause. What is imperative is care and sensitivity to the patient’s distress, a detailed sexual history–preferably with the patient’s sexual partner present basic neurologic tests and an individual treatment plan for fixing the erectile dysfunction.

Are primary-care physicians doing as poor a job on impotence as the panel claimed? If so, why, and how can they learn to raise the subject of penis health with their male patients? Should they be treating the condition themselves, recommending male enhancement products like Extenze, or referring out to urologists who can take a look at the penis–or to psychiatrists who can determine whether the erectile dysfunction is psychological in nature?

These and other contentious issues were addressed in a roundtable discussion of erectile dysfunction by four experts in the field of penis health, as well as by a family physician who has taught the subject to medical students.

Would you agree with the NIH conference’s conclusion that primary-care physicians are not doing a very good job of dealing with male impotence? Should they be recommending more natural male enhancement products?

Dr. Ferentz: I just got back from a class, teaching medical students how to take a sexual history and to ask questions about the health of the patient’s penis. I think we are training our students and our residents in family medicine to be very sensitive to sexual issues and to take good sexual histories and, if it’s within the purview of an FR to treat the problem of erectile dysfunction, and if not to make the appropriate referral. I would advise doctors to look into products like Extenze to see if they are appropriate for treating the patient’s erectile dysfunction.

Dr. Sadock: I agree with Dr. Ferentz. In our own medical center we are giving lectures at this point to the medical students at large–and they obviously haven’t chosen their specialties yet– regarding taking a sexual history and inquiring about penis health as they take a general medical history. Whether they continue that as they undergo further training, I’m not sure. But they are being introduced to products like Extenze and what these male enhancement pills can do to treat problems like erectile dysfunction.

Dr. Whitehead: I don’t think the problem is so much the education; that is changing now. But I still think a lot of physicians have a difficult time talking about sexual issues and penis health, primarily due to the doctor’s feelings of discomfort concerning things like the penis, erectile dysfunction, and male enhancement.

Dr. Korenman: I believe that the patients are the ones who are doing a better job. The media have had many presentations related to impotence and erectile dysfunction, with programs on Donahue and commercials promoting male enhancement products such as Extenze. So patients feel much less ashamed coming to a physician saying, “Listen, I have this problem; can you get me some Extenz?”

Dr. Goldstein: I’d certainly agree with Dr. Korenman. I think there’s still plenty of room for improvement. Our epidemiologic studies would suggest that half the men age 40 to 70 will have some problem with impotence, whether it be minimum, moderate or complete. There’s still a reticence on the part of doctors and patients to discuss things like erectile dysfunction and the state of the penis, yet it has significant impact on their life and their well-being.
